The Ace Customs brand of RC wing bag products is a custom-designed group of heavy-weight poly Denier-based wing bags designed to protect model aircraft wings during transport to and from the flying field. This premium wing bag line consists of soft padded, yet strong poly/nylon wing bags with robust hand straps and higher-grade industrial zippers to lock in and protect composite, wood, or plastic-covered RC aircraft wings — the most fragile components of any RC aircraft. We produce RC Wing Bags for all kinds of models: RC Acrobatic Airplanes, RC Jets, RC Monoplanes, RC Biplanes, RC Gliders, and more.

Available Options

Color: Choose from a wide variety of colors.
Set Option: Protect your wings only, or add tail covers.
Hooks: Hang your bags from the ceiling, wall, or trailer to save space. Additional loops can be purchased and attached to the ends of the wing bags.
Equipment Pocket: A spacious Velcro-close pocket attached to the surface of the wing bag for tools, batteries, and accessories.
Shoulder Straps: All bags are adapted for optional shoulder straps. Available now or as a separate purchase later.

The wing bags effectively protect wings against scratches, moisture, and damage during transport. Water-resistant, damage-resistant, and convenient — invaluable when transporting your wings and aircraft to the flying field where most damage and scratches occur.

Construction

All wing bags and fuse bags are made from multiple layers of fabric and foam: durable water-resistant polyester fabric, 6mm HQ foam, 1mm PVC foil, and soft velour inside. The outer PVC fabric layer protects against water, sunlight, and impact. The velour interior contains no sharp or rough components that could scratch your wings. Between the outer and inner layers, high-grade foam and strong PVC foil provide additional impact protection. The wing bag is finished with black trim.

Hooks can be added to the trailing edge of the wing bags for hanging in your trailer, garage, or hangar to free up valuable space.
