The Ace Customs brand of RC Wing Bags and Wing Carriers is a custom-designed line of heavy-weight poly Denier-based wing bags built to protect RC model aircraft wings during transport to and from the flying field. This premium product line consists of soft padded, yet strong poly/nylon wing bags with robust hand straps and higher grade industrial zippers to lock in and protect composite, wood, or plastic-covered RC airplane wings. We produce RC Wing Bags for all kinds of RC model aircraft — RC Aerobatic Airplanes, RC Jets, RC Monoplanes, RC Biplanes, RC Gliders, test aircraft, drones, commercial drones, and many more.

Construction

All our bags are made from 4 layers of material: durable water-resistant polyester fabric, 4mm HQ foam, 1mm PVC foil, and soft velour inside. The outer layer protects your wings against water, dirt, and sunlight. The velour interior contains no sharp components that could scratch your wings. Between the inner and outer layers we added a combination of high-grade 5mm foam and 1mm PVC foil for added protection.
